POTATO SAUCE AND SPAGHETTI

INGREDIENTS
Irish potato
Cabbage
Carrot
Chili
Maggi(3 cubes)
Salt(1/2 table spoon)
curry
Onions
Green pepper
Groundnut oil or magarine
PROCEDURE  
  • Fry your chili and oil and pour 75cl of water into it, allow the water to boil
  • Peel potato and dice into small sizes, wash and pour into boiling water
  • Add maggi, salt, curry and onions into it, then allow it to cook for 5-6 minutes
  • Add the cabbage, carrot and green pepper into the potato and allow it to cook for a minute.
SPAGHETTI
INGREDIENTS
Pasta (spaghetti 1 pack)
Tomatoes
Pepper
Onions
Crayfish, smoked fish, dried fish or meat
maggi(3 cubes)
salt (1/2 table spoon)
green beans
carrot
peas
green pepper
PROCEDURE
  • Put 100cl of water into a pot, add a little salt and allow it to boil.
  • add the pasta into the boiling water, allow it to cook for 4 minutes.
  • sieve the pasta to drain out remaining water.
  • blend or slice the onion, tomatoes and pepper together and fry them in oil.
  • add crayfish, maggi and salt, then allow it fry for a minute or two
  • pour the pasta into the tomato sauce and mix them together harmoniously.
  • add 25cl of hot water to the miture, allow it to cook for 3 minutes.
  • add  the carrot, peas, green beans and green pepper, allow it to cook for 2 minutes
Serve it together with your potato sauce and a glass of water. ENJOY
