MEAT PIE

Ingredients
flour (4 cups)
margarine (1/2 pack)
a pinch of salt
a pinch of sugar
baking powder (3 spoonful)
eggs (3)
milk (1/2 tin)
meat(beef)
carrots
onions
Irish potato
maggi, salt and any other seasoning of your choice
Procedure on making the paste
  • mix your flour, baking powder, a pinch of salt and a pinch of sugar in a bowl
  • add margarine to it and mix it thoroughly
  • add eggs and milk to the mixture, mix very well until a soft paste is acquired
procedure on making the meat sauce
  • boil meat with maggi, salt and seasoning until it is very soft.
  • blend meat in a blender but in the absence if a blender it can be pounded
  • boil potato to be very soft and blend or mash it with a spoon
  • mix the meat, potato, shredded carrot, maggi and a little salt in a pot and boil together to get a good mixture.
flatten the paste and put the sauce inside, wrap it and bake for 10 minutes until a light brown coloration is obtained.
