Procedure
- boil the meat with salt, maggi and pepper to taste
- add 100cl of water into the meat, pound or slice the garden egg, wash the yakuwa leaf and add into the water
- add one cooking spoon of palm oil, locust beans and moringa leaf into the water, allow it to boil
- wash the fonio to remove all impurities, add it to the boiling water, stir until it becomes a bit thick
- add maggi and salt to it
- wash the spinach, spring onions and cabbage, cut them into smaller pieces and add it into the pot of boiling fonio
- allow it to cook for 2 minutes.
